Q. Do you provide estimates ?
A. Yes , all estimates provided are done so free of charge. We will come to see you at a time that is convenient to discuss your work requirements.
You will receive a written quotation within 48 hours with no obligation.

Q. Do you charge for call-outs ?
A. No , costs are simply for materials and labour only. A small amount may be charged to cover for travelling expenses to and from the site if not within the first few miles.

Q. Do you guarantee your work ?
A. Yes , all work is guaranteed for a minimum of one month.

Q. What if i am not entirely satisfied with the work ?
A. All work will be performed to a very high standard , but in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with the work and the issue is raised within the guarantee period , then corrective action will be taken to rectify this free of charge until you are satisfied.

Q. Are you covered in case of damage caused to my property ?
A. Yes , Atrium Home Improvements are covered by a £1m public liability insurance policy.

Q. How do i pay for the services provided ?
A. Following completion of the work you will be invoiced by Atrium. The invoice will be payable upon receipt by either cheque , bank transfer or cash payment.

Q. What geographical areas do you cover ?
A. We cover most areas of South Manchester , but if you are outside of this area please contact us and we will try to accomodate.

Q. Do you perform all kinds of work ?
A. No matter how small the job is we aim to deliver , from plumbing a washing machine to installing a new kitchen , bathroom or driveway.

Q.What does 'Gas Safe' registered mean, what is 'Gas Safe'?
A. 'Gas Safe' is the replacement to the 'CORGI' registration, and was brought into force in Great Britain and the Isle of Man in April 2009.

Q. Can you fix gas leaks or fit gas appliances, Are you 'Gas Safe' registered?
A. Although Atrium are not, we do work alongside partners who are officially 'Gas Safe' registered. Details of these partners can be provided, and cross-referenced with the 'Gas Safe' register for peace of mind.
